The new location is beautiful. However, the road noise, upbeat music and brightness of the facial area make it a bit harder to relax than it used to be. I feel like when I started going to alchemy, it was a quiet relaxing area and now it doesn’t feel that way so much anymore. The other comment I have is how inconsistent certain services are based on who you get, a dermaplane is usually different based on who I see. If they include nose, neck, overall quality of the dermaplane really varies.

I first came to Alchemy about a year ago in preparation for my wedding. I deal with sensitive, acne-prone skin and really wanted to establish a routine to help me feel confident on my wedding day. I've been going to see Holly consistently for a year and she had transformed my skin! She is kind, warm, professional, and seriously gives the BEST treatments I've ever experienced. She goes above and beyond to make your experience relaxing and rejuvenating. I'm a loyal client now and cannot recommend Alchemy / Holly enough :)

I’ve been twice now, and Star is truly amazing. The facial was incredibly relaxing, and she shared thoughtful insights and recommendations tailored to my skin and the timeline I was hoping to see results in. I went back and started a microneedling package, which was completely new to me, and Star made me feel so confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. She walked me through every step, both during the treatment and for aftercare. I’m really looking forward to my next session and seeing the results!

She is so knowledgeable and intuitive when it comes to the skin. I always leave there feeling refreshed and radiant. Since I have been seeing her the past year we are noticing big improvements in my skin. Her quality of touch alone is worth the visit. I feel that the treatments, the products, combined with her magic touch are synergistic in creating a one of a kind experience and skin that glows!
