Jiao Reflexology

I used to recommend this place, but after my recent experience, I won’t be returning — and I certainly won’t be bringing friends again. I had booked a 3-person appointment for 4pm and, due to unexpected delays, called ahead to reschedule. Instead of working with us, the staff insisted on charging a steep cancellation fee — nearly half the cost of our services — citing a policy buried on their website. What stings most is that I’ve supported this business before and had positive experiences. I expected a little flexibility or at least respectful communication. Instead, I was met with rigid rules and zero consideration for loyal customers. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it. If you value customer service and basic courtesy, look elsewhere.

I have been meaning to write a review for my appointment on Nov 15th. My friend and I very much enjoyed the experience. They were professional, friendly, and made an excellent first time experience with reflexology. They even included a short facial and shoulder massage at the end. What a great deal. I definitely plan to go back.

I was a regular customer at Jiao Massage Reflexology for over a year and a half, often visiting twice a week. The massage services were effective and supported recovery and productivity, which is why I continued going consistently. I also referred friends and family on multiple occasions. Aside from this issue, my interactions with the massage staff were consistently positive. Recently, a misunderstanding occurred with the front desk receptionist that was based on foreign cultural expectations that the vast majority of Americans would not reasonably be aware of. There was no negative or inappropriate intent on my part. Rather than explaining expectations or addressing the situation through basic communication, the front desk receptionist unilaterally restricted the days I am allowed to visit without communication and in an unprofessional manner. No clarification, discussion, or attempt at resolution was offered. This action was taken despite my long history as a frequent, reliable customer. Front desk staff represent the business and directly control the customer experience. In this case, the receptionist’s handling of a minor issue resulted in unnecessary escalation and created a barrier to continued service. Management may want to review front desk training, communication standards, and escalation practices to avoid similar outcomes in the future.

David has healing hands! I’ve been experiencing a sharp pain my shoulder for almost 3 weeks, and it was only getting worse. I dislike the doctors, and before giving in I relied on traditional ancient effective therapy. I swear by foot reflexology but somehow I waited forever to come. Through searching reviews (someone mentioned their body pain going away from the foot massage) and then calling to see if they soak your feet before hand (the traditional way) , I knew it was worth a try. I FEEL SOOOO MUCH BETTER, and on the upper side of my healing & health.

I initially went in ( on a whim) for just a massage because the prices are just so reasonable, and I was in the area. Well, the pressure was so good, and the room temp was so right that I fell asleep twice during my massage and even drooled some. 🤭 When I woke up, I immediately booked a 30-minute foot massage! The place is clean and quiet with no outside noise.They also offer the typical post massage treats like candy, tea, and water. They even have ear plugs if you need some! I am very glad I took a chance on the spot.
