I highly recommend LaserAll for all your laser treatment needs! Hayley is nothing short of amazing. I’ve never felt more comfortable with anyone during a laser hair removal service & she is constantly checking in during it to make sure I’m tolerating treatment well. I have had to reschedule with her a couple times due to work & personal issues, and she is very accommodating. Don’t miss out on a chance to book with her!

I had previously done a few laser tattoo removal treatments elsewhere and had a rough experience which made me nervous about starting the process again. I Definitely recommend LaserAll in Westminster/Northglenn they get you in and out super quick my appts last maybe 5-10mins and Hayley is fabulous she’s so sweet, super patient and also very efficient which is really nice especially if you are like me and have nerves about the pain. Yes it hurts absolutely cannot sugar coat that, ice is your best friend after. But Hayley works quickly and breaks up the tattoo in sections which helps tremendously. I’ve already started seeing results 2 sessions in. Way better progress than other places.

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with LaserAll. I purchased an active package totaling $2,900 and never received a single service. I had to reschedule appointments multiple times due to work obligations, and then an overseas work trip. At no point did LaserAll ever follow up to check if I wanted to reschedule or help me use my active package. There was zero effort on their end to retain me as a client or provide service. To make matters worse, LaserAll moved locations without sending any correspondence to active members. I was never notified of the move. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to contact them regarding a refund. They leave a voicemail, I return the call and leave a message, and then I hear nothing. This cycle has happened multiple times. I also filed a complaint with the BBB and received no response there either. They were quick to take and keep my money, but completely unwilling to communicate or follow up when it came time to provide service or resolve the issue. Insane lack of accountability and customer service. I would not recommend this company.

This was my first time getting a service like this and Hayley made the whole process super comfortable and easy! She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable in her work. I couldn’t recommend this location or her enough!
