Rooted Remedy Ashiatsu Massage

I was recommend to Rooted Remedy by my sister who is an amazing massage therapist and swears by Ashiatsu massage- and I am so glad to have found Elycia! I have gone to see her several times now and each time I leave thinking that was the best massage I’ve ever had! Not only does it relax you but the consistent deep pressure does wonders on your body and loosening tight muscles. Elycia seems to always know/feel exactly what you need- do yourself a favor and get a massage with her- it is truly life changing!

I was looking for a new massage therapist and saw many people recommending Elycia. I had never heard of Ashiatsu before but thought it sounded interesting and decided to give it a try. I am glad I did because it was the best massage I've ever had. I've seen Elycia twice now and plan to go back at least once a month. I always leave feeling so relaxed and in such a great mood. I’ve been following Rooted Remedy on Instagram for a while and today I finally decided to go for it. From the very first interaction, Elycia was incredibly welcoming and kind she immediately made me feel comfortable and in good hands. What stood out to me is how thoughtful she is. Before starting, she takes time to get to know you a little which I really appreciated. Elycia is truly a gem. Her skill and presence are both healing and deeply relaxing, I even found myself drifting off into sleep a few moments. After the ashiatsu massage I felt a noticeable difference: my range of motion improved, the tension in my neck was gone and my overall spirit felt lighter and refreshed. I can’t recommend Rooted Remedy enough. Do yourself a favor and carve out some time for this experience because you absolutely deserve it.

What an amazing experience! I didn’t know what to expect and a new place can be a little intimidating but I’m soooo glad that I booked a 90min Ashiatsu massage with Elycia. I was greeted by her as I walked in and all my worries melted away. She has such an aura about her and the atmosphere she created at Rooted Remedy is both inviting and relaxing. She’s an octopus, haha. Her ability to apply pressure on various parts of the body simultaneously is quite impressive. I melted into the table. I highly recommend paying Elycia a visit, she is one of a kind and her technique is excellent. I will definitely be booking with her again and this is a great gift idea for the person that has everything!

Elycia is the absolute best of the best in Denver for massage! She is highly skilled in her practice and together with her kindness, warmth, and welcoming environment, she has curated a beautiful experience sure to leave you relaxed and renewed.
