WOW! I have had many massages and I can confidently say this was the best massage experience I’ve ever had. Sarah Beth took the time to understand my body’s needs, inquired with friendly curiosity to learn more about what I’m looking for in massage therapy. Her communication was exceptionally kind and courteous, making me feel safe comfortable. The massage itself was very relaxing, and Sarah Beth intuitively worked on the problem areas in my neck and shoulders even extended into a scalp massage which was absolutely heavenly. Following the massage I felt physically and energetically relieved, creating more space for me to feel good in my body. In short, “True Bliss” is exactly what you’ll get from this lovely local business. My only regret is that I haven’t been in to see Sarah Beth sooner. If you’re looking for body work and self care, this is your spot!

Best massage in Denver! I've been a patron for years and every massage therapist has been wonderful in their own way. Kind and thoughtful and experts in their field. The vibes inside this place are welcoming and calming and serene. Such a respite from the busyness of our world. Sara Beth the owner is an absolute delight. Recently I had a massage from Sarah a massage student and it was life changing. It felt like alchemy. This place is an absolute gem!

I went to True Bliss to see Sarah Beth (owner) for my first Reiki session with massage. I had no idea what to expect and went with an open mind. That experience changed my life for the better. Sarah made me extremely comfortable and I walked away from the session feeling as though shattered pieces of my insides had been removed. I was never aware they were there until I felt them removed. The owner Sarah is delightful to receive a massage from. Her skills are unmatched, and her technique is very therapeutic and thorough. I am so excited to have found her and True Bliss! The street parking was easy, the studio was very clean, and I felt amazing after walking out! I will definitely be back very soon!

True Bliss is a wonderful massage studio! I can tell that the studio's owner, Sarah Beth, is thoughtful and intentional about the space; her commitment to an ethical and inclusive work environment is also crystal clear. I received a massage from Sarah, which was wonderful: attentive and thorough, therapeutic and relaxing. Highly recommend!
