This Spa exceeded all of my expectations! My massage therapist Rachel gave me one of the best swedish massages i have ever had! Her vibe was also so energetic and wonderful to be around! The owner was also absolutely incredible. She was friendly and made my birthday extra special!! In addition to my massage I was able to purchase amazing skin products that I am thrilled with and look forward to using everyday. I will definitely be back and will be telling all of my friends and family to book an appointment as well! Thank you for the most pleasant and relaxing experience, it was unforgettable!

I had a wonderful experience at Spa Juniper and highly recommend their Full Body Scrub (30 min) + 50 min Massage package. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and very relaxing. The staff was professional and welcoming, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire treatment. The full body scrub was refreshing and left my skin feeling incredibly soft and rejuvenated. It was the perfect preparation before the massage. The 50-minute massage was excellent — the therapist was very skilled, attentive to pressure preferences, and focused on relieving tension. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The spa environment itself is peaceful and well-maintained, which really adds to the overall experience. Juniper Spa is my sincere recommendation. My husband and I first visited Juniper Spa because we were staying at the Hyatt Regency hotel, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of our trip. From the very beginning you feel truly cared for: starting at the reception desk and all the way to the end, the team looks after you at every step. This is rare, and these details create a real sense of relaxation and comfort. We booked a massage, and our therapist Rachel was extremely professional. Precise, attentive, and confident in her technique, we left absolutely delighted. The next time we stayed at the same hotel, I was lucky to have an excellent massage with Yuliia. This was a real test over time, and it confirmed that all the specialists here are truly high level. I also want to highlight the owner, Madina, who is a cosmetologist with wonderful hands and a very refined approach. I received the best facial treatment with her. The results were noticeable immediately, and it felt like the perfect reset. One more lovely touch: at the end of the treatment I was greeted with a small bouquet of flowers and a box of chocolates. For the first time in years, I finally treated myself to a facial. After moving from a humid climate to Denver’s very dry weather, my skin hasn’t been the same, and I’ve been trying to take better care of it. A friend recommended Spa Juniper, located inside the Hyatt Hotel in Downtown Denver, and I’m so grateful they did. When I booked online, there were so many options that I wasn’t sure which facial to choose. Thankfully, Madina ( the manager and an absolute angel) helped me pick the Wellness Facial, and she was also the one who performed it. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt clean, calming, and relaxing. I was greeted right away at the front desk, and then Madina came to walk me through the whole process before we started. She made me feel completely comfortable and cared for, asking all the right questions — allergies, preferences, sensitivities — anything to make sure the experience was perfect for me. Throughout the facial, she explained every step: what she was applying, why she was using each product, and how it would benefit my skin. The massage she included was incredible. She finished with red light therapy, which she also explained in detail. She took her time cleaning my pores, removing buildup, and giving my skin exactly what it needed. What I appreciated most is that Madina never made me feel like “just another customer.” She genuinely cared, went above and beyond, and even offered to teach me how to maintain a simple at-home routine so my skin could stay healthy after the appointment. After the facial, I was given complimentary tea and had time to relax in the spa before heading out. I could immediately tell that Madina LOVES what she does. She’s passionate, knowledgeable, and truly gifted. She even followed up with me the next day to make sure my skin was okay and that I didn’t experience any breakouts. My face was slightly red right after the facial — which is normal — but by the next day it had completely calmed down. My skin felt smooth, clean, and refreshed. Even my stress and anxiety felt lighter after leaving the spa. Madina and her team offer exceptional service at very affordable prices. The best part is that you do not have to be a hotel guest to book an appointment at Spa Juniper, and the Hyatt provides complimentary parking when you’re visiting the spa — which is a huge bonus in downtown Denver. Had an amazing massage treatment with Yuliia at Spa Juniper. The room ambiance was inviting and relaxing and the massage worked out some old knots. I recommend the cupping service!!
