I have had severe psoas issues for days and walked in for a deep tissue massage and was immediately taken back to a quiet little room and had the best massage I've ever had. My lady (I never caught her name!) was so kind and careful not to hurt me, she was thorough and firm when needed. This is a fantastic place when you're in need of an emergency massage! The prices are great, as of today, 11/13 a 60 minute full deep massage was $65. I should have went for 90! 😂

I had a full body massage today at this place on a spur of a moment. I did not have an appt. I was a walk in. I asked for a 90 minute massage but was only provided 1 hr & 15 mins service and was charge 1.5 hr. at $90 full body massage. I was not happy about that so I decided to give a $15.00 tip for a service that was not great either. The woman at the desk, maybe the owner with a smirk on her said “that is for an hour” I get that she meant $15 as a tip for 1 hour. She asked where we were from. My son was with me . Because of what just happened, I take that question as intruding. also aside from feeling cheated. i will answer that question now. We are from Sherman Oaks, CA not accustomed to this kind of inferior service. My advice to everyone looking at this review. If you don’t want to be cheated, go somewhere else. There are a lot of massage parlors in the area who will give you an excellent service and respect. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. IT PROVIDES POOR SERVICE AND DISHONESTY. This place does not even deserve a one star. It is ZERO (0) .

It seems like I am not the only one who had a bad experience here. Originally I was willing to give 4/5 stars for my massage and service. I was quoted $50 cash , $55 credit for a 1 hour combo body/foot massage from the front desk attendant before I decided to become a patron. I agreed, and While the massage was good and the service was enjoyable, I was hit with a massive anvil upon trying to leave the establishment. I paid in full for my massage, in cash. and I left $65 in cash. In my mind a $15 tip on a $50 service is completely reasonable and not stingy. When I paid in cash, they made a scene by counting up every dollar I gave to them, incessantly stating that a $10 tip was too low. When I stated back that the front desk attendant had quoted me $50 cash and I left a generous $15 tip on top of that, they freaked out, started yelling, said it was $55 base rate and demanded more money. I don't recommend this establishment to anyone. not only to they try and swindle you out of more cash or $ while trying to pull the wool over the customers eyes, but they do it in a stingy and demanding way. Folks come to these type of places to relax and let go of stress, not encounter more upon exiting.

In fact, I’ve been so impressed that I’ve recommended Good Day Massage to at least 25 friends and family members – and not one has had a negative experience.
