Laura at Pura Vida is truly amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and intelligent, and her work speaks for itself. As a certified medical massage therapist, she took great care to thoughtfully address my problem areas while clearly and precisely explaining her process every step of the way. I felt completely comfortable and secure in her care, which made the experience even more impactful. She helped relieve significant pain and noticeably improved the range of motion in my shoulder. I was genuinely sad to be moving right after finding her, but I look forward to seeing her regularly whenever I’m back. I can’t recommend Laura highly enough.

Jessi is unbelievable. She gives a spectacular massage and has the most calming and warm energy. She is methodical and really works to get to the core of the tension. I have a persistent knot in my shoulder that no one has been able to release. It has been an ongoing issue for more than a decade. I saw her three times in three weeks and it finally released. I actually cried from the relief I felt. I am not one to exaggerate a good or bad service. I honestly will keep seeing her for massages for as long as possible. I am so grateful for her abilities and efforts. I hope the owner of Pura Vida shows this to her. It is really tough to find people with that of talent and positive energy in massage. Especially at such an affordable price.

Seriously...Laura is a miracle and a life saver! I've know her since my days of going to Massage Envy (a place I don't recommend by the way) and she has always had more than a special touch. She has a keen ability and deep knowledge of the body which helps her provide the greatest massage therapy experience I have ever had. I suffer from Cluster Migraines, which are so intense and debilitating that I can barely function when I am going through an episode. LISTEN!...one visit with Laura and the headaches are GONE! That's something that not even prescribed medications can do. I am so thankful. She literally gives me my life back. Thank you Laura and Pura Vida!

I have been going to Pura Vida for spa treatments since 2017, and it continues to exceed my expectations. The spa is always warm, clean, and inviting, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Having experienced spa treatments in various cities across the US and internationally, I can confidently say that Pura Vida Spa sets the standard for quality and care. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. A special mention goes to Laura, who is truly the best massage therapist I’ve encountered. Her knowledge of muscle anatomy and her ability to tailor each treatment to individual needs are truly exceptional. Laura’s skill and professionalism ensure that every session is both therapeutic and rejuvenating. I always leave feeling refreshed and grateful for her expertise.
