Li's Massage Therapy and Reflexology

My family had been using this massage service for over three years and always enjoyed both the massages and the prices. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was unpleasant. Prices went up and quality of service was poor. This time, a female masseuse gave me a massage in a tiny room at the end of the hallway. It felt more like a storage or practice area than a proper treatment room. She talked throughout the session while I was trying to relax and performed most of the massage over the towel. At one point, she said the room was hot and opened the door, which violated my privacy and comfort. My daughters were there as well, and their experience was also disappointing. Their massages were painful, and even after repeatedly asking the male masseurs to be gentler, nothing changed. I believe the approach should be adjusted for younger, slimmer clients. Since it was a mother - daughter’s time, we requested one room for three of us but they didn’t accommodate our request. Regardless of all this, I paid over 20% of tips because the front desk lady always says need to pay more. Sadly, this visit did not meet the standards we had experienced in the past. Thus, we decided never come back to this place.
