The staff is really nice and polite but the massage was terrible. I came in feeling the exact same way I felt when I left. All the massage therapist did was rub lotion on me and use their forearms. I am used to massages where people use their fingers and hands and actually look for the areas where I am stressed, and that did not happen here. This is literally the worst massage I have gotten since I have been in Denver. I would not recommend this place at all. I let them know at the end and they told me she was the best massage therapist. If that is true, then I would never recommend anyone coming here. They said she gave me an extra 20 minutes and I could not even tell because it was so bad. It felt like amateur work. They also told me this is how massages are everywhere, and as someone who gets massages regularly, I know that is not true. I came here because of a recommendation, but maybe that person had a different experience. Again, they were very polite, but I still had to pay full price and they even asked for a tip after I told them I was not satisfied at all.

I purchased two gift certificates in June 2023 (paid cash) and attempted to use them today, February 14, 2026. Despite federal law (CARD Act) requiring gift certificates to be valid for at least 5 years, these had a printed 6-month expiration. When I explained the federal law requirement to the owner over speakerphone, he became belligerent and stated directly: "I don't care what the law states, they are expired." He then admitted he's issued "lots of gift certificates" that have expired and refuses to honor any of them. Even after the front desk employee confirmed she personally issued these certificates, the owner refused to honor them or make any exception. I'm deeply disappointed. This isn't just about poor customer service - this is a business owner openly admitting he doesn't care about federal consumer protection laws. I'm filing a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. Warning to others: If you've purchased gift certificates from this business, they may refuse to honor them regardless of what the law requires. Spend your money at businesses that respect both their customers and the law.

It’s 10:39 and I called before coming in to confirm the pricing. The guy on the phone gave me the prices, so I drove all the way over — and the place is completely locked. When I called back, he told me they were “at the grocery store” and had the nerve to be rude about it. He literally said he didn’t care if I waited and didn’t care about my business. I’ve never dealt with someone so disrespectful and unprofessional. Absolutely ridiculous.

My boyfriend booked us a last minute couples massage and it was absolutely phenomenal! $60 each for 1 hour back massage with hot stones included. Definitely better than any corporate spot, we love the boutique parlors!

Just worst experience. I had to drive all the way federal Blvd in snow day for nothing I have reserved 90 mim combo but she just rub with no pressure one whole hour Foot massage, I told her I just want foot massage and came out. But there was positive things also, Very clean and friendly.
