Kelli is amazing at what she does. I’ve had microneedling, facials, and brow services with her and every time I leave feeling refreshed, confident, and well taken care of. She’s super knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and really pays attention to your skin and what it needs instead of doing a one-size-fits-all treatment. Her space is clean, relaxing, and professional, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their results. I can’t recommend Kelli enough! I had my eyebrows nano + powder in fall 2025 and just went back for my one-year touch-up, and she did a fantastic job both times. When I first moved to the area, I didn’t have many recommendations, so I relied heavily on Google reviews and her Instagram portfolio before booking—especially because putting something permanent on my face (even if it’s “just” eyebrows) was something I took very seriously. Kelli is incredibly sweet and professional. She really takes her time mapping your brows so they fit your face perfectly, and she’s amazing at matching the pigment to your natural brow color. She works efficiently but is still a perfectionist, and everything is very clean and comfortable. The results look so natural. I get compliments on my brows all the time, and people are usually surprised when I tell them they’re have been Nano+Micro-bladed because the results are so amazing! If you’re considering permanent makeup and want someone who truly cares about the details, Kelli is the person to go to!

Over six and a half years ago Kelli made my eyebrows beautiful and today I went back for a touch up and I can’t get enough of this ladies talent. I am so picky “as we all are” about who does what but no one else will ever touch these brows. I’ve had six years of compliments on them and thanks to her it’s going to continue. I completely trust value and love Kelli for always making me feel more beautiful then when I came!! Picture shows that I did have a stroke years back so a little slumping on one side but she makes it all happen and look great!!
