First Class Reflexology & Massage(Paradise Valley)

I came in with my kids and was hoping for a calm and welcoming experience. The massage itself was nice, but the front desk felt a bit rushed and impatient, which made it harder to relax. I think especially when families with children come in, it helps so much to bring a little extra warmth and patience. A more relaxed, caring atmosphere at the front desk would really make the whole experience feel complete. I know you are capable of offering that, and that’s why I’m leaving this review—so you can implement some small changes that would truly make customers want to come back!

I really wanted to love this place, but I left underwhelmed. I wasn’t expecting a luxury resort experience, but the massage itself fell flat. It was extremely hard, and even after asking multiple times for lighter pressure, nothing really changed. It didn’t feel like real techniquemore like pressing hard in the same spot over and over. The facility was also loud and not relaxing, which made it hard to enjoy the session. Worst of all, I woke up the next day in so much pain, feeling sore and like I needed another massage just to recover from this one.

No bells and whistles, instead amazing massage. Firm pressure is what I need because of the work I do. Affordable and they work so hard. They will get those knots out! Tip them, they deserve it.

I booked a one-hour massage and was told to undress to my comfort level, so I kept my underwear on. The male therapist pulled down my underwear without asking and used painful techniques on my spine and ribs. I stopped the session and left halfway through. I did not feel safe or respected and would not return.

Sam and Mike are incredible therapists. Very detailed reflexology on your feet. Deep, even pressure long strokes down your back, calves, hips, shoulders and arms. Deep pressure and attention on all muscle groups in glutes. This is necessary body work for balance, tone, mobility and quality of life as we age. Thank you.
