I've only had one appointment here so far, but Ashley did an amazing job!! I had let my eyebrows grow out for some time to try to fill them back in a bit, and she really listened to what I was looking for and took her time sculpting the perfect brows! I had them threaded, and she also offered to fill them in, which was really nice of her! I appreciated that she asked me how I normally brush my brows too, as sometimes when getting my brows done, they brush them totally differently before trimming etc and it ends up looking weird when I do them at home. She was very kind and professional (despite my being late and having a little trouble finding the place at first), had a great atmosphere in the studio (so many plants!!), and played relaxing music and was very clear on instructions. I also appreciated that the space was super clean, and that she asks to wear a mask during the procedure and sanitized after I got off the chair before the next client came in! Super reassuring. I'll be back!

Ashley is seriously the best! She's hilarious, professional, and trustworthy. I've never been one to be loyal to an esthetician, but I'm always 110% satisfied with how my brows look after she finishes with them. She keeps them thick and well shaped. Her downtown location is super convenient for me to pop out on my lunch break. I'd highly recommend her if anybody is looking to be waxed/threaded for an affordable price at an awesome spot. I’ve been getting my brows threaded for a couple of decades at a variety of places. Ashley did a thoughtful and thorough job and my brows looked amazing. I was very pleased and will be going back. Plus, she’s a delightful person and very professional.
