Mercedes is truly the best! I’ve been going to Jbe Beauty for several years now for all of my brow needs, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Every single time I leave, I feel like a brand-new person. Even my kids compliment my brows — and we all know kids will absolutely tell you if something looks crazy! The customer service and quality of work are always top-tier. Mercedes is professional, talented, and consistent every time. If you’re not going to Jbe Beauty, I’m honestly not sure what you’re doing. Go let Mercedes bless you — 10/10, highly recommend!

I had such an amazing experience at JBe Beauty! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. The studio itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has such a calming, inviting vibe — you can tell so much care goes into the space. Mercedes is truly the sweetest. She’s so approachable, patient, and incredibly detail-oriented. She touched up my brows and eyeliner, and I could immediately tell how much precision and intention she puts into her work. She made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire appointment, explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable. I’m already scheduled to go back for my lip blush and I couldn’t be more excited. So happy I found my new go-to place. I had the most amazing experience at JBe Beauty! I had never had permanent makeup done before, so I walked into my appointment feeling pretty nervous — but Simone is incredible. She immediately put me at ease, walked me through all of the eyebrow options, and made sure I felt completely comfortable before getting started. Her work is absolutely stunning. I am obsessed with my new eyebrows! They look so natural, the shape is perfect, and the color matching was spot on. I felt so confident and cared for during the appointment that I decided to have Simone do Jeuveau treatments afterward as well, and I’m incredibly happy with those results too. From start to finish, Simone’s skill, professionalism, and warmth made this such a positive experience. I can’t recommend her highly enough! I’ve been getting Juveau/botox with Simone for a few years now. I used to go to a few other places for this, but Simone actually maps out where I need the injections, and compares my face to past photos that she keeps in my file! No one else ever did for me. She’s so cute and sweet. I feel like I’m visiting a friend. She’s such a pro - even gives me a little ice pack at the end of each treatment. Most importantly, I LOVE my results. I recommend her to everyone!!
