I can't praise Dr. C. and his entire staff enough! I went to multiple consultations before finding Dr. C. and canceled any future appointments with other practices because after walking out, I just knew this was the surgeon and practice I'd been looking for! Dr. C. has great bedside manner and you can tell that not only is he exceptional at what he does, but he truly loves it. It's his art! The very first consultation was so thorough and he and the staff made me feel so comfortable - which is important because it's a very vulnerable position to be in discussing your body. I was very specifically looking for a surgeon who does not use drains post-op, and Dr C has developed his own method that does not require drains, and he very clearly was able to explain during the initial consultation the science, method, reasons, & results. He & his staff have explained everything every step of the way and never make me feel awkward no matter what question or how many questions I have. The entire staff is so friendly and great to work with! Nurse Marie feels like an instant best friend and is so knowledgeable. Sam is so helpful. And Becca, DNP, has been a lifesaver in helping with some post-op issues that have nothing to do with them but just my body healing on its own timeline. I'm now 2 months post-op and loving my results! It's exactly what I was hoping for - it's evident that Dr C and his team really listened to me and my individual ideas and preferences. From my very first call to schedule a consultation through my three-week post-op visit, they have been consistently professional, caring, and attentive.
