Danielle was amazing. My skin felt so refreshed and clean after receiving my hydrafacial. Everyone is very kind and welcoming and spa is very clean!

I just used the new “Magic Pill” that Skin Perfection is using to help with more painful services. I am their biggest baby when it comes to pain, and just had my lips done. I felt absolutely NO PAIN. This is a miracle drug and I highly recommend it and Skin Perfection!

Edit: I see the owners reply stating she could not reach me. That is a bold lie! I spoke with her on several occasions. She refused to offer any solutions that weren't insulting. She even disputed my request for a refund for the botched job. I should post the records I received from the credit card company with her ridiculous excuse as to why she should keep my money! This spa is a joke! Do not go here for fillers!!! I went in for lip fillers and decided I wanted to focus on my nasolabial folds instead. The injector Heather, stated that placing filler below my cheekbones would help. I had some lumps when I left, and my injector said it was normal. Later, I contacted them about my results twice and explained I was concerned. They told me everything was fine, and when looking at me, accused me of pushing my tongue into my cheek to make my face look the way it did!?! (My face looks best when I am not talking or making any expression) As soon as I open my mouth or make facial expressions, you can see lumps in my face. They offered to dissolve the product on my dime when I went in to have them look at me (I paid over $1300 & now I need to pay more to fix it?) but in the same breath told me that my face was fine and to give it more time! I left there feeling like I was being paranoid and I just needed to be patient. I even sent a text to the spa apologizing!!! Fast forward to a few days later and a friend asked me, "What happened to your face?" (I was asked this on several occasions) I finally decided to get THREE separate opinions from professionals in the industry. They all gave me the same responses. POOR TECHNIQUE, POOR PRODUCT PLACEMENT AND POSSIBLE POOR PRODUCT CHOICE, and I should not expect my results to improve. The product should have never been placed where it was. So here I am paying over $1300 because I signed their waiver and I will have to pay elsewhere to get these fillers dissolved because I will not allow them to touch my face again. They still stand behind their placement and technique! Please be careful! I assumed by choosing a nice spot, that wasn't the cheapest by far, that I was paying for experience and professionalism! I was so wrong!

I have been coming here for a couple of years now and I’ve definitely taken advantage of quite a few of the many services offered! Donlyn and Heather do great work and I’m always happy with my results - especially my lip fillers ;). I’ve referred several people as well as I trust them and know they take good care of clients. The staff is amazing and Haley makes you feel so comfortable the second you walk in the door. Great people and whenever I’ve had a question about something, Donlyn always calls me. I appreciate their professionalism and care.

Customer Service: Haley was so helpful when I called to get info about a consultation regarding neurotoxin. I was able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours as well as receive treatment the same day. Service Experience: Donlyn (Owner) was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I definitely felt comfortable and confident about my choice to get Newtox and will most certainly return to be treated again for the same treatment as well as receive other services. Overall Experience: This was my first experience with getting neurotoxin and I can't wait to see my final results. I 100% recommend Skin Perfection!
