Andrea was extremely professional and gentle. She put my nervousness at ease and made sure the waxing was painless as possible. She was excellent at explaining the aftercare needed and how to prepare for my next visit. I am so happy with the results and I am so much more comfortable and more confident for my future visits. I highly recommend the membership , and they offer so many options in their menu for men. If you struggle with ingrown hairs, hair/ manscaping and want to feel clean, smooth, and confident I highly recommend a wax at Hello Sugar with Andrea. I can’t believe it’ll be 4yrs this yr that I’ve been living in CO and attending Hello Sugar as a member! I remember that being one of the first places I Googled when making the move. I’ve entrusted one person with my private parts and she hasn’t disappointed me. Leila is the absolute best at what she does! Literally when I learned she was moving locations I kept letting her know I’ll go wherever she goes, that’s how good she is and how much she cares about your skin care routine!! I started going to this place for Brazilians every month but I had to stop after really bad experiences. I kept getting ingrown hairs, so many that one stayed for almost three months. It got so bad I had to go to urgent care because another ingrown formed right next to it. The urgent care doctor said it was multiple hair follicles trapped together, and I ended up needing antibiotics. Even now, I’m still dealing with the aftermath. After the waxes, my skin was incredibly irritated. I had so many tiny pimples, it even hurt just to move my legs. I would do every/anything recommended (loose clothing, moisturizing, exfoliating, I even bought products from here). I don’t know if it’s the wax they are using or the waxing technique that’s causing this, but I cannot recommend this place. Literally go anywhere else.

This was my first Brazilian and Ashley made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. She explained everything and was super gentle. The service was quick, clean, and my results came out so smooth. I would highly recommend working with her — she’s professional, friendly, and truly knows what she’s doing. I’m definitely coming back!
