New skin esthetic chain in town. Specializing in light facial rejuvenation. Like the facility and the staff. Very friendly. The procedure I had did not address my concerns but I might go there to get maintenance facials for my face in the future.

Melissa and Meredith are absolutely AMAZING! I love my results. They have been so incredibly informative during my skin care journey. I finally feel like I know what I need to do for my skin to get the result I want. I love every visit. I 10/10 recommend skin laundry and Melissa and Meredith!!

I've been to Medi- Spas in the past where the all female staff haven't been the most friendliest lol However, all the ladies here were very welcoming and knowledgeable :) I had the sculpting facial and very impressed with the results I look forward to another treatment!

I will first say the technician who did my treatment both times was very nice. I got a membership that has a 4 month commitment, but when my husband lost his job I had to pause it, which they told me was no problem. It was set to renew, and I'm still majorly struggling financially and have two small children. I told them I needed to pause for longer, and they said it was not possible. I explained that my account was negative and the payment wouldn't be able to go through, explained my personal situation with my husband losing his job, and was met with zero empathy and was told there was nothing that they could do to extend the pause or let me cancel early. There is always something that can be done in these situations, and to be met with complete coldness rather than having this escalated was disheartening. While I originally was just looking to extend my pause, I will not be returning and would not recommend this place. Contracts like this without leniency are very harmful when your personal situation changes and you can no longer afford a service.

Love love love the estheticians so much!! All of them are so kind and amazing, I did the 4 month teen acne program and it helped my acne so much!
