Rachel took SUCH good care of me today, agh!! I've been going here for just short of 5 years now, and it has been the most kind, trans supportive, body positive place I've ever been to. All of the nurses are incredibly sweet and accommodating for whatever your pain level is, and no matter how you present or what set of parts you have - which has been consistently amazing for me as a trans girlie. Laser hurts, don't get me wrong, but when you end the day wishing you could visit more often, you know they've got a *really* good thing going here. I appreciate you a ton Milan!!

Milan laser is such a good company! I was super nervous about getting laser hair removal at first but the staff here is the sweetest and very professional. They have always made me feel comfortable during every appointment. The location is clean, and I love that they offer an unlimited package instead of sessions like most places, so you know you’re getting your moneys worth. They also have a generous referral program and they have a lot of deals throughout the year too!

Got vulnerable for some stupid reason with your receptionist and told her my chin/neck hair has made me suicidal in the past and she practically laughed it off. I called the next business on Google and I told her the same thing just a little more upset because the previous woman with Milan was so rude and this lady literally spoke with me for 10 minutes just about life and treated me like a HUMAN. She wasn't some snobby valley girl judging me. She was a woman who recognized that I was being vulnerable and offered me comfort. If you are thinking of using Milan, just give Advanced laser here in Aurora a call first and I guarantee you will change your mind. They also make you either pay in full or get financed and do a payment plan. I will be able to pay per session with Advanced laser. My first appt is on February 7th and I am actually so happy your receptionist was rude because I found a GEM 💎 ✨️ 🥰 BYE FELICIA! I’ve been to several locations and everyone is always kind. I came to this location and Rachel and Journey were working. Rachel did my laser but they were both the sweetest! Also, this was my easiest session get through. I’ve actually put off coming for two years because my last session was so painful but I just breezed through this one! Rachel told me they added cold air blowing on the laser which helped as well as her using counter pressure. I think I also have less hair now so maybe that helped. These ladies were a 10/10 and I look forward to coming back.

I'm only a few appointments in but so far staff members are friendly, the place is ALWAYS clean! Techs are nice and courteous as well as willing to answer any questions I may have when they arise. So far I like it! Also the laser really works! I'm already having tons of progress on my underarms and haven't had to shave!
