I received filler in my cheeks and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The office was bright and beautiful! The front office staff was kind and attentive. The Medical Provider, Sydney, was very knowledgeable, compassionate and I love how she asked for my opinion to make sure I was happy with my results. I was more than impressed with my results!! I look 5 years younger! I was able to speak with the manager, Val, she was very sweet and extremely knowledgeable. She made great suggestions as to other treatments that I could benefit from. Thank you Ideal Image in Lakewood, you will be seeing me again real soon!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Ideal Image! This was my first time in and the entire staff was incredibly kind, caring, and attentive their customer service is so refreshing. I had CoolSculpting done by Adrianna and Stephanie, and they were both amazing! They made me feel completely at ease, explained everything thoroughly, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I could really tell they care about their clients and love what they do. I’m already looking forward to seeing my results and can’t wait to come back for future treatments. The laser hair removal results did not meet expectations. After spending a lump of money for these services, I do not recommend receiving treatment for large areas. Maybe it’s the type of lasers they use, maybe laser removal is scam, I’m not sure but I was disappointed. My contracts were extended for additional treatments but those did end. The hair has fully come back and now a couple thousand dollars down the drain.

Sydney was amazing! She made the whole Botox experience so easy and comfortable, I didn’t feel a thing! She’s gentle, professional, and really takes the time to make sure you feel educated and at ease. I’m so happy with my results and will definitely be coming back!

I recently had the Diamond Glow microdermabrasion with hydration serum. Adrianna Miller was great! Having had these done before and other locations throughout the year, I feel she was very informational. Very thorough took her time to explain, but she was doing as she was doing it to my face thoroughly evaluation. She has a gentle hand. I will be returning to her for future services, including facials and Botox. I highly recommend her and will be recommending her to friends members and coworkers.
