I had such a great experience at Restore Med Spa! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I got lip filler and couldn’t be happier with the results — they look so natural, balanced, and exactly what I was hoping for. The injector took the time to listen to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the process. My lips are fuller but still look like me, which was really important to me. I highly recommend Restore Med Spa to anyone looking for beautiful, subtle results and a professional, welcoming experience. I attached some before and after pictures

Absolutely criminal. Shockingly abhorrent practices and ethics here. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE here. I’d been struggling with a respiratory illness this month. I needed to go into an urgent care for a chest xray for a pneumonia screening. I called to let them know that wouldn’t be able to make the 15 minute appointment to pickup my $275 “fitshot” (which is already priced obnoxiously and available online for much cheaper). That’s on top of the $450/mo Thrive subscription that doesn’t actually cover anything except access to the provider for the 6 month checkups and for her to write the hormone therapy scripts. AND SO they refused to work with me to move my 15 minute check in appt to another time, an appt that is supposed to be complimentary, I call hours in advance to give the heads up - they not only refuse, they also insist on cancelling my appointment anyway because I’m obviously ill - AND THEN ALSO charge me $75 for needing to cancel. I told them I could provide proof of actually being seen at a clinic for pneumonia and none of that mattered. I’ve cancelled my subscription entirely now and wish I had done so much sooner. This place is a predatory scam and caution anyone from subscribing here. There are much much better services elsewhere with actually reasonable and ethical customer services. Being a business owner myself, and a customer of theirs for years, I AM SHOCKED. I’m so upset I’m literally writing this review from the urgent care clinic. So what service does paying Restor $725/mo buy you??? A nice fat $75 fee when you have pneumonia. Unbelievable

I love this med spa! I’ve been coming for about 2 years and it’s been transformative! I get the skin resurfacing laser, and Botox and I can’t recommend them more. All of the staff are so friendly and make you feel so so comfortable. My last visit I had Carly and she was fantastic!

Could not recommend the gals at Restor LoHi more! Delaney spent about 30 mins on the phone with me before my appointment explaining all of my option for treatment and how the membership worked. When I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and warmth, and she sat with me for almost an hour going over all of the services that Restor offers, answering questions about my skincare concerns, and making me feel so comfortable about trying out some new procedures. Brittney (the RN who did my injections) was so funny, relatable, and knowledgeable. I felt so calm knowing that she was the best of the best. It's so reassuring to know that all of their staff are medical professionals, so I am in good hands. I have never had such an inviting experience at a med spa before. The girls are so nice, welcoming, and truly make you feel heard and understood, particularly when it comes to explaining treatments or recommending what is best for your skincare and/or cosmetic needs. Can't wait for my next appointment!

I have been going to Restor for 8 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! This practice is science-based, patient focused, with great attention to quality of care and catering to each person’s unique needs. I tell all of my friends and family, in state or out, to go to Restor! Mallory is hands down one of the best practitioners you could ever want or have in this field - she is smart and knows the up-to-date guidance, she’ll listen to what you want and help you understand what you need, and she has excellent technique with an expert skill in aesthetics and wellness. You want someone with passion for the field working with you on aging gracefully - that’s Mallory, and you’ll find that culture at Restor.
