Don’t be fooled by the number of 5-star reviews like I was. This dental office was incredibly misleading. Their website states they accept my dental insurance, and I also received verbal confirmation before booking. However, when I arrived for my dental cleaning, I was suddenly told it would cost $234. There was zero price transparency when I scheduled the appointment. Had I known, I never would have agreed to this utter nonsense! The front desk woman then said they accept my insurance but are out of network, and that they use a “special type of cleaning” not covered by insurance. I never requested any special cleaning, and this was never explained beforehand. To make things worse, the cleaning itself was extremely disappointing. My teeth weren’t even polished, and I left with bleeding gums and teeth that weren’t clean. This was easily the worst dental experience I’ve ever had.

I want to share my honest experience on what occurred Feb 2026 where I was recommended. I had called for information regarding their plans and they had explained what those were. The day that I came into the office, they once again explained the plans. They told me it could be either of their plans like the $40 or the $70 one. They brought me into doing xrays and a checkout of my teeth. Once that was completed they told me it was going to be $334 for the services. I had told them that the plans would have covered those services free of charge since it is what the membership is for. They insisted that I had to pay regardless of it. Which is very misleading, poor communication of them for doing that. I was forced to pay that amount before even signing up for a plan which would of prevented that and it should have never occurred. Instead of charging me $334 they should of told me to sign up for the $70 plan then that should of been the full cost of the charges that day instead of doing the $334. Now they are telling me that I need to pay $70 first then they will refund me the difference for that. First I will not pay $70 to get a refund. I should get the refund regardless. Nobody should go thru this experience and this is what happened and occurred. I still have not gotten my refund. In addition I will be reporting this to the Colorado Division of Professions and Occupations (DPO) and the Colorado Dental Association for his unfortunate event. No apology will ever compensate this only the refund will. Thank you and I hope anyone reading this can find it helpful that they do poor communication before signing up or even being charged.

Dr. Brett Levin gave the most compassionate & comprehensive care to my daughter after her accident which caused the loss of 6 teeth. Many emotional tears were shed by all, he came in on his days off to see her, and went above & beyond to ensure she had a positive experience. Her new implants look better than her original teeth & she can finally smile again with confidence. We can’t thank Dr Brett enough & highly recommend him for meticulously beautiful cosmetic dentistry.

Every time I have been to this dentist office, they have been so wonderful, personable and so kind. While I’ve also receiving the most thorough cleanings i’ve ever received. I always leave feeling refreshed and confident they have my taken exquisite care of my teeth!

I have never left a review for any business before. But I have extreme dental anxiety. They got me in quickly for an emergency, and were amazing at keeping me calm! Pain free procedure, kind service, relaxed as much as possible. I can't recommend them enough! I definitely have a new dentist in Dr. Anderson!
