I have been seeing Yufei for years and I have never been disappointed in my experience. Her hospitality and technique are absolutely unmatched, and she is a master of her craft. Yufei always gives me the best treatments and recommendations for my skin, and I look years younger for it. It's truly a blessing to be her client. I had a facial appointment scheduled for 1:30 PM. On the day of, the spa called and asked if I could come 30 minutes later because another client was late. As a new mom with a newborn, I carefully arranged my pumping and feeding schedule around this appointment, so it was very disruptive and stressful to be asked to change at the last minute. While I understand that delays can happen, I believe it’s important for the spa to respect clients’ time and honor the original booking.

Today was my last wax by Dijana only because I’m moving out of Chicago. I’m actually surprised I didn’t leave a review for her ages ago. I found Q Spa as I live in Lakeshore East. If you’re looking for someone incredibly personable to do a phenomenal wax and any other service Dijana may offer - don’t hesitate to book an appointment with her. You’ll end up going back to more times than I can remember like myself. Dijana will literally talk to you about absolutely anything and everything during your service - it’s almost like a cute therapy session or a hang out with a girlfriend! I’m gonna miss Dijana! Truly and probably may never find anyone like her. She is a gem of Chicago. ✨💫
