This place is sooo cute and everyone is so nice! Julien was extremely friendly at the front and I got a facial from Priscilla who was very well versed and had great communication. The space is super clean and it’s BEHIND the Philz Coffee. Will be back!

Great service. Questionable tipping prompt. Jasmin was very informative and explained each step as she did it so that I knew what to expect. Will definitely go back to her. My clogged pores can breathe! A true miracle. The tipping prompt at the end was a turn off. As a first time client, my facial was $35. I added a $45 enhancement for a total of $80. The automatic tip options were for a $160 service. When I asked why this was they said it’s reflects the prices of everything in total. I assumed this meant the original facial price without the promo, which would be $70 (standard facial) + $45 enhancement but that equals $115. When I mentioned this, she explained that the enhancement had 3 different steps in it and each step has its own charge. So, they took the original price of the facial without the promo plus each individually priced product of the enhancement to automate higher tip amounts. This is so wordy but people should be aware of this. It’s not transparent. Estheticians deserve adequate tips, and also the consumer’s tip should be calculated based on the price they were charged.

The basic fascia is not at all a fascial. It’s 1 minute of them steaming face then putting on a product that wasn’t named or explained to me. The “facial” was all of 3 minutes then I did the add on sculpting treatment for drainage. It was 2 passes of a gua sha on my face. I’m pretty sure I bought them same took on Amazon. The entire experience was TOPS 15 minutes and I felt no different after. I actually left really upset. I treated myself to a facial for Christmas, not something I can typically afford and genuinely felt so upset I didn’t use that money for something that actually made me better or good. I emailed them to let them know. One weeks past and I haven’t heard back.

I've been coming here for a little over a year and I love the service from check in to the actual facial. I can come in with an idea for what my skin needs and they always address my concerns with intelligence and care. I trust them with my skin 100% espe.cially with the natural products The scorpion scrub has changed my dark spots and is honestly the main reason I keep coming back.

This entire chain is a scam. They will sell you a package for 3 facials, tell you it is valid at any location, and then refuse to honor it. Save your money, its overpriced for the quality of the service anyway. They don't answer their phones at any location either.
