This was probably the worst experience I had at a dermatologist ever. I originally saw Dr. Monica Ronney a month ago where she was incredibly informative. However, my follow up appointment. I had to wait over 30 minutes same as my first appointment. The wait time was over 30 minutes only for my follow up for it told me that nothing is wrong. She told me Everything looks good and I’m good to go. She didn’t ask about what we talked about in our previous appointment with my previous diagnosis how I was doing only the follow up for my injection for my keloid and I was out the door. I waited over 30 minutes for a two minute check time with no follow up no questions when I clearly visibly still had things wrong with my skin. The absolute worst and will never return. You would think doctors who’s who are in their own specialty actually care about their patients and what’s going on with them, but I was rushed and waited and rushed right out.

The best place in Chicago for all things skincare! In a city with a lot of sketchy med spa practices, this place doesn’t cut any corners when it comes to safety or quality. The dermatologists, PAs, and aestheticians are thorough and will recommend the correct treatments for your skin type. More importantly, they will steer you away from treatments that exacerbate your skin issues instead of many places that will just take your money. Definitely worth the price, my skin has never looked better!
