IVX Health Infusion Center

I’ve been here for a few infusions already, and this location is convenient, clean, comfortable and friendly. The nurse who usually administers my infusion, Elaine, is exceptionally helpful and makes sure that I have what I need at all times. Any questions or concerns that I’ve had she has taken care of with care and kindness. The facility is also always stocked with refreshments and snacks at my convenience. I hope to continue my care at this location for as long as it’s required.

I had a longer infusion at Old Town location today, first time after BCBS denied my old place after four years getting treatment. It was top notch start to finish. They helped with insurance pre-authorization to appointment to treatment set up. The location is convenient to red line stop, they provide private rooms for treatment, comfortable chairs, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Really happy with my experience and going for my next infusion.

Staff is friendly and the environment is cozy like I’m at home!
