I had a great experience at The Well. I went in for the hangover IV. Booking was easy and the nurses are extremely welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. The owner, Jen, introduced herself while I was getting my IV and helped me decide on my next treatment! The facility is also extremely clean and inviting. I highly recommend The Well to anyone that is on a health journey! I will definitely be revisiting!

I have had a remarkable improvement in how I feel since starting with The Well. My sleep is better. My attitude has improved. I feel really good. I work with Colleen who is kind, caring and who LISTENS to my specific problems with menopause. I really appreciate The Well treating the individual person, not just a generic fix. I'm 55 now, I wish I had The Well as an option years ago. I think my 30's and 40's would have been a lot smoother.

I’ve had several visits at The Well, and each one has been a wonderful experience. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been warm, welcoming, and professional. Jen is a highly skilled practitioner who is passionate about her work and an excellent educator—her insights and thoroughness make you feel completely confident and in good hands under her care. My energy levels and overall health have truly improved as a result. Scheduling appointments are always smooth and convenient, and I really value the wide variety of services offered under one roof. The entire team makes you feel fully supported on your health journey. Highly recommend!

I have had the pleasure of working with the staff at the Well for the past few months and it is safe to say that I am blown away. The comfortable atmosphere and the knowledge of the entire staff is simply fantastic but above all, I feel amazing. I feel rested, I am sleeping so much better, I no longer feel the afternoon slump and I finally feel like I am headed in the right direction to be my most healthy self.

Arrived to my appointment time locked out for approximately a minute. No one came to open the door for a while. Once inside there was nowhere to sit due to a family occupying the seats.( Can’t blame the establishment for that entirely I guess). Music blaring from next door yoga studio or something, I guess location matters. Didn’t necessarily bother me but good to know if you wanted to relax. One of the workers did roll me out a seat and sat me directly in front of a door where I was locking eyes with a lady they couldn’t find a vein on(awkward). Then once the family moved I was told I can move (obviously) but who wants to play musical chairs. I sat there for approximately 20 minutes before being taken to a room since a guy getting labs done was able to skip me since it was “quicker”. IV wasn’t in my arm till 30 minutes later. Don’t recall seeing any visible credentials from the point of entry into the room where I sat . Simply with a background in phlebotomy there was so much that made me feel uncomfortable that I was more focused on thinking how I would never return again. The online forms don’t even function correctly for submission. Overall was not a pleasant experience. Which reminds me that I told Monica that the IV was pinching and uncomfortable and she kept saying “it’s in the vein” ok AND I’m telling you it’s uncomfortable. She call herself anchoring it down and I decided to just bare through the pain and never return. The owner Jen introduced herself however the person administering the IV did not.
