Katie is just the absolute best, but Tampa Palms Dentistry overall is wonderful. Everyone is friendly, the office is clean and organized, and they do a great job of checking your benefits and costs before doing any work so there are no surprises. Katie knows my wife and I like we are her own family. She asks about work, upcoming vacations, health, etc and actually remembers it all for the next time. In fact, she remembers that I have neck issues, so she made sure that they have special neck pillows for me when I come in. I used to have a lot of dental issues it seemed, but my dental health has greatly improved since I started coming here about 4 years ago because of the thorough care that the Tampa Palms Dentistry team provides. I won’t go anywhere else, because nowhere else has Katie!

The team at Tampa Palms Dentistry is the best that I've come across at a dentist office! Dr. Raffoul was so kind and compassionate at my first visit! Eren and each of the front desk staff and hygienists I've met have all been so kind as well. It was a pleasure to have Dr. Ami do my fillings. She was so sweet! Please continue to do a phenomenal job, touching lives and hearts with your kindness and professionalism. You are seen and appreciated for what you do!

can’t say enough great things about Tampa Palms Dentistry! After passing out and clipping my front tooth, I called several dental offices and most of them focused on everything but my actual concern. From the moment I called this office, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Dr. Georges Raffoul was so kind and attentive — he really took the time to understand what happened and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Erren, the treatment coordinator, is a whole vibe! She made me feel completely at ease, and along with Brandon and the rest of the team, created such a positive and supportive environment. They were even able to get me in right before I was discharged from the hospital, and when my situation changed, they still made sure I was seen. That level of care and flexibility truly meant a lot. The pricing is reasonable, they accept all major insurances, and I honestly can’t wait to see my end results! I’ll definitely be posting follow-up reviews after my first and second treatments — but so far, I’m beyond impressed. Follow up review 👇🏾 Getting my permanent crown was such a great experience. I don’t know how these people have such high star rating when they outright lied to my daughter and tried to charge us $3800 with insurance for something that wasn’t true. They told her that two of her wisdom teeth that were coming out had cavities and they needed to be pulled right away, but she also needed to pull her bottom wisdom teeth as well. Then they also told her that she’s grinding her teeth at night and she needed a mouthguard at the cost of $580. So after hearing this, I had my daughter go to my dentist that I’ve been using for years and basically nothing of what they told her was true. There are no cavities. Her wisdom teeth are fine as long as they’re not bothering her and he saw no signs of teeth grinding. I would be very worried of any diagnosis from this dentist and always advise you to get a second opinion I did and it saved me almost $4000. 12/23 I received a phone call today from the dentist who actually owns the practice Dr. George. He was very concerned with my review and wanted to know what happened since he was not the one who saw my daughter. I explained everything in detail, and he was very apologetic for the experience and offered to try to make it right. I believe him to be sincere, but unfortunately, the two people that treated my daughter were not. As a business owner myself I understand the difficulty of having employees that don’t represent you correctly. Therefore, I’m amending my review to more positive rating.

honestly i’ve got my fair share of trauma with dentistry n i was super nervous just to come here but they’re super kind, educational, didn’t pressure me to get fluoride lol (shoutout to madison), super honest (fyi don’t try to push your wisdom teeth removal esp if you’re having pain), and it was super quick ! My anesthesiologist Alaxis was super sweet and educational (they let you have pee breaks also praise god lol) Dr Amy did my fills quadruple checked my bite was perfect, and Dr Georges was super funny n made sure to super numb me (ig my metabolism was fast) but all this to say as i’m still coming off the gas and numbness. these people are truly the best, you can see their confidence, compassion, and empathy. 100/10 service they’re gna get sick of me coming in lol.
