Next Level Wellness of Riverside (NLW)

Today I had my very first Hydrafacial, and it was such a wonderful experience. I had never had a facial before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I immediately felt comfortable and well taken care of. 💆‍♀️ Katie was amazing and explained every step as she went. She started with cleansing, followed by a mask and exfoliation, then used a machine to gently remove buildup from my skin. She even complimented my skin, which made me feel great. She added vitamins and nutrients my skin needed, applied hyaluronic acid, used warm towels, and finished with a relaxing facial massage using cold stones (or glass? I don't remember, but they were really cold 🥶) my first time experiencing that, and it felt incredible.☺️ Overall, it was such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. ❤️ We’re getting older, and taking care of our skin is important. I’m so glad I made time to do something for me. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be back. ❤️☺️🙏 Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Gina is patient, confident, and incredibly skilled. She has always been able to find my vein quickly and efficiently, and the process is always smooth and painless. What stood out even more was her calm and reassuring demeanor. she made me feel comfortable and respected throughout every experience. For someone like me who has had repeated negative experiences, this level of care makes a huge difference. I’m genuinely grateful for her expertise and kindness. Hydrafacial.... perfection! Katherine was amazing. Friendly, attentive, followed sanitary protocol. Asked about my routine and products, shared advice, and explained each step as she went along. The space is beautiful, clean and professional. They even gave me a discount for my next visit. Love the customer service!

I Received a wellness vitamin shot for immunity. process was super quick and easy. place was very clean and very welcoming, knowledgeable staff. as for the vitamin shot i have been feeling quite more energetic through the past week and will definitely return! highly recommend if you are in the area!

I had the best time at the spa. Katie was excellent at explaining the process. It was my first time getting a Fusion IV. I feel great and energized. The place was clean, with the best aromatherapy, vibe, and music. I think I just found my new favorite spa spot! I highly recommend 👌 ☺️
