Went in today for hangover detox. Paul was informative, and attentive great customer service! Place was clean and comfortable had warm blankets if needed. Parking was easy. Would definitely go again.

Absolutely terrible experience. I scheduled an appointment that was fully confirmed by both text and email — and then no one showed up. No call, no message, nothing. I tried calling multiple times and couldn’t get anyone to answer or respond. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of my time. If you can’t keep appointments you confirm, or at least communicate when something changes, you shouldn’t be booking them in the first place. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Paul is very patient, knowledgeable and courteous. I came in for a basic hydration post flu but will return definitely for other treatments. Thank you Paul!

I had a very disappointing experience here. I was extremely sick during this time and took it upon myself to look up some nearby IV- bars for a quick pick-me-up, something to make me feel a little better. That’s when I saw this place. When I arrived , I could hear someone snoring behind the door and had to knock multiple times & before getting any response. Eventually, the person (presumably the staff or owner) - this big, tall silver-haired man - woke up and told me to come back in 10 minutes. I did. When I returned, he abruptly stormed out the door while on the phone, nearly knocking into me ! Like ? Didn’t even acknowledge me at all. I stood in the hall for about ten minutes before I left I was that desperate. The whole interaction felt very unprofessional and dismissive. I would’ve at least appreciated a “Sorry it’s an emergency!” or a “ Come back at this time.” but noo. Gonna try another spot next time because that was weird .

I had so much stress lately, feel exhausted all the time. But after first session I feel better. I totally recommend will come back for sure
