I had an excellent experience at Tulsi Med Spa in Logan Square. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. The facility is clean, modern, and very relaxing, which immediately put me at ease. The team took the time to explain the treatment process in detail and answered all of my questions without rushing. You can tell they truly care about their clients and focus on providing personalized care rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. The results exceeded my expectations, and I appreciated how knowledgeable and attentive everyone was throughout the visit. If you are looking for a med spa that combines professionalism, expertise, and a great customer experience, I highly recommend Tulsi Med Spa – Logan Square. I will definitely be returning for future treatments.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had Botox with Maggie, and I cannot recommend her enough! From start to finish, she was so caring and professional. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. Her technique is gentle and precise, making me feel at ease the entire time, and I’m so happy with my results. It’s clear she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. I will definitely be returning to her and can’t recommend her enough!

There are so many great things to share. The office is immaculate and well designed. The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable in what they do. They really do treat you like family. They do not try to oversell you. I was pleasantly surprised that they recommended a cheaper alternative to what I thought I needed, because it was a better fit. I’ve done all kinds of services from hair loss (yes it works) to facial rebalancing. This is not a med spa, this is a facility where a medical doctor and highly trained staff give you world class treatment. Not to mention the rewards program, wellness MD and HRT services! There is not a week that passes by that someone is surprised by my age. (Shhhh, don’t tell them I go here!)

First off, this med spa is beautiful from the entrance to even the bathroom. They have heated toilet seats! All of the staff here are very welcoming. I want to give a special shoutout to Dr. Kotecha, who went above and beyond to explain the different options for the problems I was experiencing. Maggie did an amazing job as well! She was very gentle and made sure I was satisfied with my treatment. Overall, I enjoyed my time here and will definitely be returning!

Kim gets me right every time! Been coming here for the past year now, and my skin is so smooth and glowy. I used to deal with a lot of texture and redness but with regular chemical peels my skin has done a complete 180. It's exhausting trying to find the right product or regimen that won't cause a new breakout - as someone who's dealt with acne for more than 15 years I just wish I had seen an aesthetician sooner. Maintaining my skin has never been easier. If you haven't had any luck clearing your skin on your own (acne, rosacea, or otherwise), or just want to start taking better care of it, I can't recommend Kim/Refine by Tulsi enough! It's a beautiful office and everyone is always very kind and attentive.
