I love, love, love this place. Dr.T and Staff was very welcoming, informative and gentle when it came to treated my face. The skin analysis was mind blowing (in a good way of course). I didn't have to wait a long time to be seen which was really impressive because the place was packed(even on a very snowy day like today.) They explained my treatment plan to me very thoroughly and didn't make me feel inadequate about my dislike of drinking water but made me truly understand how important it was for my skin health. I will be coming back again in two weeks. I finally found a good dermatologist and will be bring my son come the new year.

Great service. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. My esthetician is the best. She gave great customer service and was extremely knowledgeable. All of my questions got answered and then some. Without a doubt, I think I’ve found my new home for skin care services. A++

Greetings! I am currently 6 weeks in for the 10 week facial skin regimen. My previous facials were with Consuela, who was excellent. Today I arrived and was disappointed to learn that she was no longer with BSI. The staff assured me that Chelsea would take good care of me and she did. I have trusted BSI with my skin care needs and have not been disappointed. I enjoy my visits and look forward to the next time. It's a good feeling knowing that my melinated skin is being cared for. No guessing. No trial and error.
