I had my 1:1 training with Cristina for full face filler & PRP. When I first reached out, Cristina personally reached out to discuss my goals for training and what techniques I was looking to advance my skills in. When the day came for my training, the team was extremely friendly and welcoming. They also had all models lined up for me in advance! My training with Cristina exceeded all of my expectations. I had several referrals to come train here, and now I understand why! Cristina took her time to explain various techniques, product selection & facial anatomy. She really has a way with her words and I never felt confused. She ensured I understood all the information everytime and that I felt comfortable with each model. She was there to guide me through every step. I’m so excited to use these new skills in my practice! If you’re an injector looking to refine your technique, I highly recommend training at the Confidence Bar! I will definitely be back!

The Confidence Lab is truly unmatched. I’ve attended a few of their trainings over the past 4 years, and nothing compares to the experience EVERY DAMN TIME. Had an amazing experience at Confidence Bar! The space is beautiful, the staff is so welcoming, and Grace R. was incredible. She’s knowledgeable, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease. Love my results — highly recommend. Definitely coming back.
