I had such a great experience here! I came in for eyebrow threading and an eyelash lift and tint. The services were done by two different people and they were both amazing. My brows came out super clean and perfectly shaped without being too thin. The threading was quick and practically painless. My lash lift and tint turned out even better than I expected, my lashes look longer, darker, and beautifully curled without needing mascara. Both technicians were professional, friendly, and made me feel really comfortable. You can tell they take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality brow and lash services!

I’ve been coming here for various waxes for about 8 months now, and cannot recommend them enough! The prices are reasonable, lots of service options and availability. I’ve seen several waxers but would like to specifically shoutout Kim. She is incredible and I love when she is available because she makes the experience enjoyable.

I was a new client this year after finding great reviews online. Service was great at every visit. I do wish they had an exception policy for first time schedule changes . I fell sick on an appointment day that I could not make unfortunately and I was still charged full service. As a new client , I had never missed an appointment , was always on time so this kind of detoured me from returning that there was no option to reschedule for the first time. Retention is key in customer service. Although I understand it was policy, again service was always amazing , I think a small policy exception could go a long way for clients like myself.

Elenia is truly the best. From the moment you walk into the Logan Square studio, you feel completely comfortable and cared for. She is incredibly professional, meticulous, and genuinely kind—she explains everything, works efficiently, and somehow makes the whole experience feel calm and easy. Her technique is amazing (hands down the cleanest, least painful wax I’ve ever had), and the results are flawless every single time. The space itself is clean, cozy, and welcoming, which makes a huge difference. If you’re looking for someone you can fully trust who takes real pride in her work, Elenia is it. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

I have been coming here since they opened years ago and can’t believe I haven’t wrote a review before (sorry!) My last appointment was as usual, an amazing experience! The service was outstanding and the entire custom signature facial left me glowing for the next few days! The shoulder massage was super relaxing and really took it to the next level. My esthetician, Kimberly, was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I’ll definitely be back many more times!!
