Dr. Kafali, nurse Krystal and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing to work with. I was very hesitant on doing the procedure for years because I have a very low pain tolerance. However everyone made me feel very comfortable and gave me tips on making the processes as painless as possible. Which it was! Surgery and recovery was a breeze! I can’t recommend them enough they made everything seamless and I am very happy with my results.

They listened to my concerns and adjusted my post op plan and scheduling to accommodate me which was a huge relief as someone who does not live in Chicago. Would highly recommend.
