Had a really positive experience here, the staff was welcoming, the visit felt efficient without being rushed, and everything was explained clearly. I appreciated how professional and comfortable the whole process felt. Definitely grateful for the care I received and would recommend to others!

This was by far the worst medical care I have ever received. I underwent a procedure to have skin cancer removed and was reassured that I would be in good hands with a “plastic surgeon.” That could not have been further from the truth. During the procedure, the surgeon spent the first 20 min telling an assistant what to do as if it was her first day. I was met with 0 bed side manner or even a description of what would be done that day. All her said was I would be “trading a tiny freckle for a big scar.” Just want you want to hear! The procedure felt extremely unprofessional. They had me just pull up my sweat pants and got to work. I was given an excessive amounts of stitches sent on my way with no post-procedure instructions, and left feeling shaken and uncared for. After that, I never heard from them again. I was never informed whether the tissue removed was actually cancerous, and no one followed up to check on my recovery or even to schedule stitch removal. Eventually, I had to go to another surgeon to have my stitches removed. He was shocked by how poorly the incision was done and how carelessly I had been stitched. Despite all of this, I later received a bill for $1,600. To this day, I have received no follow-up regarding my results or care, and I never heard from the “surgeon” again. This was a truly awful experience. I strongly advise against going here, especially for something as serious as skin cancer surgery.

The team was very friendly and professional during the check-in process, and the care team listened very well and was able to answer all questions I had. They were efficient, considerate, and made sure I understood everything that happened in the office and what would come after I left.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE both doctors throke and Patel lack any actual care and do not do a thorough job evaluating Patients. Somehow both doctors were able to diagnose me without even looking at my issue, and just give me a random prescriptions, And tell me to come back next year. I’ve never felt a lack of confidence as I did leaving that place - what a joke. They don’t go into any details and push you out of the office so fast before you even have a chance to Ask any questions. Assuming they’re running a promotion for some of these five star reviews Because this is the worst office I’ve ever visited in my life. Between the Ignorant Staff and the doctors, please please please stay away from this place

I booked a consultation appointment online and filled out the notes for the appointment stating what I was looking to get out of the consultation. I waited patiently for the consultation appointment to happen only to be told once I was already at the appointment that the person I booked with is not the person who handles those types of appointments. So what was the point of booking and filling out the appointment request notes only to take time off work to be told I have to come in again for a whole other consultation with the person who actually does what I was asking for (which I made clear of in my notes)? “Oh they don’t look at the notes.” is what the nurse practitioner told me. What on earth is the point of the notes section if the office won’t look at them prior to the appointment??? Waste of taking time off work (shocking, but not all of us work remotely and actually need to use our time off balance to leave work early), and now I have to take more time off work to have a second appointment, AND have to wait another 3 months to be seen. If someone in the office would’ve just read my notes, and called to tell me the correct person I had to book with/clarified if they didn’t understand my appointment request, I could’ve rescheduled with the correct person, not wasting my time and probably could’ve gotten in earlier than now having to wait another additional 3 months. The only reason I’m giving the extra star is because the NP offered to refund the copay I already paid for that visit since she could tell I was upset by this situation. I mean sure everyone in the office is perfectly nice (which should be expected) but this service and system is horrendous. What a terrible way to treat your patients.
