This was my first time seeing Dr. Mesa and he made me feel comfortable right away. He was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, and the process itself was painless. I didn’t feel pressured into getting services I didn’t need and the Botox is priced so well! I’d been looking for the right provider since moving to Chicago and this visit felt like a great fit. I had an appointment scheduled last week but experienced an unexpected family emergency during which I did not have access to my phone. When I was finally able to check my messages, I saw multiple missed calls — which I completely understand, as they had not heard from me. However, I was very surprised and disappointed to receive a message stating that I should not attempt to schedule an appointment with them again. I have always been responsible about rescheduling when needed, and this was an unusual circumstance beyond my control. I have never experienced this kind of situation before. While I understand no-show policies, the lack of compassion and unwillingness to allow an explanation was disheartening. I hope in the future there can be more understanding for unforeseen emergencies.

I can't say enough positive things about the level of care I received from Dr. Mesa for a number of services - from initial consult, super high level of responsiveness to my questions, flexibility, and person centered service that was customized to my unique needs. The office also has a great ambiance too.
