FACE FOUNDRIÉ - Chicago (West Loop)

This was totally a gem given to me by a special friend who I thought skin is absolutely gorgeous. I was referred to Nicole who did my facial today and I felt like 14 karat gold leaving there. Ive not had a facial so soothing ever so whispered music and gentle hands. Thank you Nicole for my awesome facial I will be returning.

I had a chemical peel and lash lift with Nicole today. She was so gentle, it was the most relaxed I've been in ages! The lash lift was my first ever and my lashes look fabulous! I'm excited to go for another peel and see results.

I came in for a HydraFacial and had an amazing experience with Lupita. From start to finish, I was treated extremely well and felt completely comfortable. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took her time to make sure everything was done perfectly. My skin felt refreshed, clean, and glowing afterward. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their results. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Lupita to anyone looking for great service and quality care.

Don’t generally leave reviews but I have to share the damage done from a simple brow wax this week. I am hoping I do not scar. Really disappointing and upsetting. I have waxed, threaded, tweezed, gone to cheap salons since middle school with scalding hot wax and have never experienced anything like this before. Also, customer service was nothing special at all - didn’t discuss goals before jumping into the wax - no introduction and it was my first time visiting the salon. Management has reached out, which is appreciated. However, still feel the need to share this so customers can make an educated decision when shopping for brow studios.

I’ve been seeing Lupita for over a year now and my face is constantly thanking me for it. In the past, I’ve struggled to find what’s works for my skin, and a monthly visit to Face Foundrie has definitely made a huge difference as an additive treat to my skin care routine. Lupita is always knowledgeable about the offerings and flexible with what makes sense for me at the time of my appointment depending on how I’ve been feeling. She also has made great recommendations on things I can do at home and constantly goes above and beyond for my facial time to leave me feeling relaxed and brand new. Lupita has honestly made my appointments a bright spot in my calendar and something I always look forward to. The rest of the Face Foundrie team has always been really welcoming, informative and kind. They truly have a great thing going and if you’re looking for a relaxing, informed and effective treatment for your skin, I definitely recommend them!
