I’ve been seeing Jena Soto for almost a year and I can’t recommend her enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about her clients. My skin has never looked better! It’s smoother, brighter, and consistently glowing. She always takes the time to explain treatments and customize everything to what my skin needs. Working with Carlee has been great! She has completely transformed my skin health, and greatly improved my experience with skincare in general. I was referred to her through my MUA for my wedding, and I did not realize how much improved my makeup wear would be with facials completed by Carlee. Their bridal package was exactly what I needed to prep for my wedding, and she took the time to listen to my skin concerns and craft a plan that would perfectly address what would help on my big day. I never really considered myself a “Skincare girly”, and typically did the bare minimum in this area, but having her explain my options was super helpful and made a skincare way more accessible. Despite her limited availability at the River North location, working with Carlee was well worth the effort.

I’ve been coming to Innovative Spa for my facials and treatments, and my experience has been consistently amazing. I came in dealing with uneven skin texture, deep acne scars from hormonal acne, and hyperpigmentation. After doing my own research and having honest conversations with the team, I decided to invest in HALO Laser combined with a custom facial they recommended. What I really appreciated is that everything felt genuinely customized — there was no pressure to do more than necessary, just thoughtful guidance based on what my skin actually needed at that time. They took the time to explain the process, downtime, and most importantly, realistic expectations. I think this part matters so much: treatments like HALO are not instant fixes. It’s a deeper treatment, and it requires patience and trusting the process. HALO works by creating controlled micro-injuries to resurface the skin and stimulate new collagen and skin cell growth, so your skin truly needs time to heal and rebuild. For me, the improvement didn’t happen all at once — my texture kept getting better month after month. Even now, 6 months to a year later, my skin looks noticeably smoother, more refined, and healthier overall. My deeper acne scars softened significantly, and after years of struggling with hormonal acne, this has been the treatment that helped me the most. It was definitely an investment, but it was 100% worth it. The results feel natural, never overdone, and aligned with long-term skin health rather than quick fixes. I also really value how the team supported me with at-home skincare. I learned that even great products won’t work if they’re not right for your skin at a specific moment — and they truly take the time to help you build a routine that makes sense for where your skin is in its healing journey. If you’re dealing with texture, acne scarring, or uneven skin tone and want a team that is honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about your skin’s long-term health, I highly recommend Innovative Spa. I trust them completely with my skin and will absolutely continue coming back.

Stephanie Sherlock was amazing with her consultation and gave me a bunch of options to help make my skin brand new. I can't wait to go back and get all my future procedures from here They have an excellent quality of service. The location is very nice near area downtown.
