I came into the Gurnee location today for a free consultation and ended up leaving with my first session completed along with buying the unlimited sessions. Jessica was very friendly and helpful at explaining what to expect with he whole tattoo removal process. I definitely recommend this facility due to there honesty and amazing staff!
