My sister and I stopped in after Lollapalooza to reset our scalps and unwind before our flight out—and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, everything was curated for total relaxation and luxury. The cozy robes and slippers, the refreshing drinks and small bites, the calm ambiance—it all made for the most pampered, peaceful reset. The staff was so accommodating (even with our last-minute booking!) and incredibly warm, communicative, and helpful. I’ve had many head spa treatments before—often paying 2–3x more—and this was hands down the best experience I’ve had. I’ll be coming back every time I’m in Chicago. We also weren’t sure which service to choose, but the woman at the front desk patiently walked us through all the options and helped us find the perfect fit. Truly can’t rave about this place enough—you won’t find a better bang for your buck anywhere!

I had the most amazing head spa session with Sunny! She is incredibly warm, professional, and attentive — I felt so comfortable and cared for the whole time. My scalp can finally breathe again! The space is newly renovated, spotless, and beautifully designed, creating such a calming atmosphere. I especially loved their customized aromatherapy scents — so soothing and relaxing that I didn’t want the session to end. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a truly rejuvenating and luxurious experience.

I had such an amazing experience at the One Spa. As a Mother’s Day gift, I treated myself with the 75 mins scalp massage. The atmosphere, the service, and the quality of the product are all great! It was one of the most peaceful moments I ever had this year. The staff there is also very considerate - they kept checking in whether the water temperature is good, and how the message pressure is. After I told them I am pregnant, and they asked if I need pillows under my waist and knees. This was wonderful. I’ll definitely come back again soon!

This is my third visit to this head store! 90-minute private customization The environment is quiet and the atmosphere is great: The store's environment is very quiet, the decoration is simple yet warm, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. There are no noisy sounds inside, and as soon as you enter, you can feel the easygoing atmosphere, making you gradually enter a restful mode. The head massage technique was spot-on and the relaxation effect was obvious. The entire head massage process was very comfortable. Jenny, the masseuse, had very professional techniques and the pressure was just right. Especially when massaging the scalp and the neck and shoulder area, I could feel a very obvious relaxation. The tension in the scalp was relieved and I felt much more relaxed overall. The service is meticulous and the experience is great: The staff are very enthusiastic. From the moment I entered the store, they were very patient and introduced the service items and precautions to me. Especially the very gentle boss! The whole process went smoothly. The masseur adjusted the intensity according to my needs, which really made me very relaxed! I will be back !

I’ve been a long time customer of Relax Feet and learnt that they opened a new spot next door for scalp treatment called The One. I immediately made an appointment and online. When I walked it, this place is modern and luxurious. It smells amazing, the music is calming, and the staff are super friendly and make you feel totally at ease. I did the 90 min scalp therapy plus the Swedish back massage with oil. The technician was very gentle yet thorough, and I appreciated how they explained each step of the treatment. It felt so good that I almost fell asleep a few times! It’s honestly one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. If you want to treat yourself something nice after a long week of work, you got to give this place a try. 10/10 recommend!
