New Century Head Spa

Would definitely recommend visiting for a head spa. We booked the 60 minute one and we were pushed a bit to upgrade so we did. I think the 60 min one would have been perfect though or it can be too rough on your scalp. I do wish the hair analysis didn’t go so quick. But all of the staff was very nice! Massages were great. My hair feels very soft. Would come again when I visit!

came in with my fiancé for a scalp treatment that I booked online for 10 AM through their website. When we arrived, we were told that the online booking system doesn’t reflect the real schedule and that we should call next time. If that’s the case, the online booking feature should really be disabled—it’s misleading and wastes people’s time. We ended up waiting an hour before someone was available. The service itself was fine, but the checkout experience left a bad impression. We were made to feel uncomfortable when tipping, as we were told to give more because it was a 90-minute massage. The service already had a premium price for 90 minutes, so it wasn’t like we were getting extra time for free. After giving 10% tip To make matters worse, the receptionist asked for proof of the Venmo payment and when I said the venmo page was loading she said thats fine you can tip MORE via card after we had already given tip which was unnecessary and awkward, we ended up giving 10% more via card. I probably won’t come again , as there are many more. The focus should be on improving communication, fixing the booking system, and ensuring guests feel respected—not pressured.

Best massage ever! Their beautiful sweet specialist Ms. Jiao gave me the most wonderful massage with warmest smile and love as an angel! Incredible and miracle! Another beautiful girl gave my daughter wonderful massage. They are all absolutely amazing!👍👍👍👍👍So grateful!🙏🙏🙏🙏

I always have an amazing experience with head spa and scalp treatment at this place. Additionally you can add more services 15/30 mins for a reasonably price for hands, legs shoulder and neck massage. Highly recommended 10/10.
