Channing's Spa

Channings is the must-go-to spa in Chicago. Every part of my visit was simply perfect. From the friendliness of the front desk staff, Adam, to my aestheticians, Cheryl, Brittany and Amy, each person was fantastic. They were knowledgeable, kind and sincerely loved their clients. They took pride in the work they performed and my face looked flawless afterwards. I’ll definitely be returning!

Very disappointing experience. I have a 10 am Saturday appointment booked, and I can’t make it anymore due to the snowstorm. On Friday, at 10 am, I received a confirmation text from Channing, which I was going to call immediately, but they were closed. I went ahead and called during lunch. They told me they are charging me for the cancellation, but when I asked how I could cancel the appointment while they are closed, they tend to bypass the question and say it’s all cancelled. I have to follow up to ask about the charge. I have been with Channing for a long time and have been buying series because of Cheryl and Brittany, but I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service this time, and have decided to stop buying more series.

I’ve been coming to Cheryl for almost a decade! My mom initially recommended me to her and now anytime any of my friends needs a brow spot I always recommend Channing’s! Cheryl really knows what she’s talking about and masterfully shapes your brows individually to your face. Everyone here is always super professional and kind. 10/10 would recommend :) I’ve also gotten other things done here like lash lifts and facials, everything is always done well!

I cannot believe it’s taken me so long to write a review. I have been going to see Cheryl for my eyebrows for many many years. She is absolutely incredible at what she does, and I won’t let anyone else go near my eyebrows. Because of her, my eyebrows have grown out to look natural and shaped perfectly to my face. I’ve also received amazing hydrafacials that have left my face flawless. I HIGHLY recommend Cheryl and everyone on her team✨
