I wish I could leave ten stars! Constance went above and beyond by fitting me into her schedule within 24 hours, which was far more accommodating than I ever expected. She did an incredible job mapping out my brows—the results are so natural that I genuinely can’t tell which hairs are my real brows and which are from the microblading. I even received so many compliments the very next day! Most importantly, Constance is an incredibly kind and caring person who truly takes the time to make the experience special. For me, it was about so much more than just getting my brows done. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering microblading, and I can’t wait to go back! ✨

So sad to leave this review but not sure how to get a response otherwise. This review does not reflect Constance’s work but her communication. I really loved going to her for about 2 years and always loved how my brows turned out. I’ve never cancelled within the 48 hour window the entirety I’ve been her client; However, I just got a new job and had a short notice in person meeting put in my calendar 24 hours before my appointment that I could not miss with a VP which I explained apologetically, so I had to cancel and was charged the late fee, full price. As her website states her preferred communication method, I texted immediately 24 hours ahead of time and did receive a response to reschedule a couple days later - she said she could. I followed up apologetically and told her I was flexible. Days go by with no response back, so I followed up. No response. I tried a couple more times with no response. It is really disappointing to not work with a client to reschedule over a one-off situation that was unavoidable. Constance is great with her work, but if you live a life where sometimes meetings or events pop up (as most do), I don’t recommend going to her. I ended up buying my own waxing items to do at home moving forward. Really disappointed!

Constance is excellent! She is the only person I will trust with my eyebrows. I’ve had her micro blade, wax, laminate, and tint my brows over the years. Her space is beautiful and clean. Can’t recommend her more!

Constance runs one of the most professional, impeccably clean, and truly beautiful spaces I’ve ever been to. The environment feels calm, elevated, and intentional. Every detail reflects her high standards. My brow results are always perfectly tailored to me—my facial structure, hair color, skin tone, etc. Everything looks natural, balanced, and effortless. I often get compliments on my brows, and I’m so grateful for the fullness and soft structure she’s able to achieve. It makes my daily brow care super low maintenance. I’ve been coming to Maven Esthetics for 6 years and I couldn’t recommend Constance more highly…she is true artist, and not to mention, an absolute gem of a human being.

Constance is incredibly talented and such a warm person. You instantly feel at ease in her space and I trusted her with my eyebrows almost immediately with her confidence as she walked me through everything. Wish I lived in Chicago, would be a regular for sure!
