Unfortunately February 2025, I had a terrible experience with this service provider for my eyebrows. She left me with 2/3rds of my right eyebrow done and 1/3rd of my left eyebrow which was also tattooed above the line of my glasses. I refused to return having lost all confidence in her abilities to continue. We negotiated a refund for a portion of the service which she never refunded. Be very cautious using Lana for services

Lana is an artist!! I am really happy I found her! I had my eyebrows done by Lana and she did an amazing job! She is meticulous in her work! Very professional! I did lots of research, since getting permanent make up can be a bit scary, after consultation with Lana, all my hesitations were gone. She spent hours creating that perfect shape for my face, picking the best color, and making sure sure that I would be happy with the end result. Best decision! I only regret that I haven’t done it sooner. It literally transformed my face! I will definitely be back! Thank you Lana!

Lana is a professional who cares deeply about her work and her clients. She makes you feel comfortable immediately...you become best friends before you know it. Lana 's talent is unique. She visually looks at your face to see where your eyebrow should be and the proper shape of the eyebrows. She takes a tremendous amount of time using her specialized skills, keeping you included in your eyebrow progress. It is awesome to see the beautiful work she does. Lana is a unique artist! You will feel so beautiful after you see what she can do with your new eyebrows. You won't be hiding behind your hair or trying to draw them like I did. Lana will keep in touch with you and answer any questions you have.She keeps her office meticulously clean and she only schedules one patient at a time. I really like that Lana is a nurse too. I would recommend Lana because she is a professional who deeply cares for her clients. She takes time to perfect her work and makes you look and feel beautiful.

OMG!!! Lana is amazing. Her office is immaculately clean and she is very precise about every detail. I had a terrible eyebrow microblading about six months prior and came to Lana for corrective procedure. She spent time to make sure the brows were exact before she was satisfied to even show them to me!!!! Once I reviewed, she made a minor adjustment and we were good to go. I love what she did and I received positive comments from friends. Can't wait for second procedure for complement. I highly recommend Lana cause she is the consummate professional.

Lana is amazing! Truly an artist. I've never gotten so many compliments on my eyebrows, many people are shocked to find they are actually a tattoo. Lana spent atleast two hours with me during our consultation, showing me photos of her work and explaining the process. And before the procedure I think she spent almost four hours making sure my eyebrows were shaped the way I wanted and appropriate for my facial features. Her office is also spotless! I would recommend her work to anyone looking for permanent makeup. She is very personable as well-she's very pleasant and very easy to talk to! She also followed up with me multiple times to make sure I was healing properly after the procedure. I do plan to see her again! She's the best.
