The Beauty Crew Academy

I love this school! I’ve now taken two courses at The Beauty Crew Academy. The first was the intro to lash extensions back in July and I just took the Lash Lift + Tint and the Brow Lamination + Tint combo class. Both have been amazing experiences! The atmosphere is always so welcoming and comfortable, which makes it easy to focus and really enjoy learning. Bianca is an incredible instructor! She explains everything in detail, answers every question with patience, and creates a space where you feel confident and comfortable being yourself. I walked away from both classes feeling like I truly learned so much and gained valuable skills I can use right away. This academy has such a positive, professional vibe, and you can tell they truly care about their students’ success. I can’t recommend them enough! I’m already looking forward to taking more classes here in the future.

Lisa was so great! I took a dermaplaning course for my work. I got so lucky that I was the only student who signed up on this particular day. Even if there were other students, the max would have been 4. Not only was she thorough and knowledgeable, she was so sweet and fun to work with. I loved very minute of it. After signing up she sends you a detailed description on how to find the building, what to do for parking, and what is needed to do before getting started. Lisa made sure you knew how to do the process correctly and safely. She was not afraid to guide you when needed. Lisa was very sweet to take pictures and videos for me! I highly recommend taking ANY classes at The Beauty Crew :)

I recently traveled from Rockford to Chicago to take the Ombre Powder Brow training at The Beauty Crew Academy, and I can confidently say this was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my career. The class was extremely thorough, from brow mapping and color theory to machine technique, skin types, and healed results. Nothing felt rushed, and every question was answered in detail. You can tell they truly care about producing confident, educated permanent makeup artists. The Ombre Powder Brow kit was fully stocked with everything I needed to start working immediately. High quality pigments, machine, needles, and supplies. I didn’t have to go home and spend more money trying to figure out what to buy. I left the class feeling confident and prepared, not overwhelmed. Since completing the training, I’ve already started working on clients and I’m making my money back faster than I expected. The techniques actually work in real life, not just in a classroom. I’m beyond happy that I chose this program, and honestly, my only regret is that I didn’t start sooner. If you’re looking for a legit permanent makeup training, especially for Ombre Powder Brows, this is the place. Worth the travel & worth the investment!

I have taken Three classes with them. I really liked the courses. Both Lisa and Bianca make you feel like you are welcomed. I am definitely taking future classes here.
