I saw Juan Carlos about hyperpigmentation around some sensitive scarring. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable but he also made me feel immediately comfortable. The entire visit from start to finish was outstanding. He provided treatment suggestions and explained the pros and cons of each without making me feel pressured. My first time in was such a pleasure! Isaiah took care of my salmon PDRN w/ microneedling session and he was such a delight. He was careful and gentle and knowledgeable. It was my first time doing mesoneedling and he explained everything well. Didn’t try to upsell me on products or services I didn’t need and tailored the treatment to my melanin rich skin’s needs. Everyone was kind and respectful and the facilities are so clean! Have been looking for a go to aesthetician spot and I think this is it!
