This is my first time delving into the Botox world, although I had been thinking about it for awhile. I made an appointment with Jennie at the Lakeview location to learn more, and I’m SO glad I did! My forehead lines are so very prominent and I’m a very expressive person, and I felt that my forehead was never smooth even when I’m not lifting my brows. Jennie is a wealth of knowledge and went over options, the process and what to expect, educated on our facial muscles and movements, safety, etc. and she is so personable while doing so. We went with Xeomin and she gave clear instructions for aftercare & I feel so safe with her. About a week in I was already so happy with noticeable results and our 2 week follow up flew by. The results are exactly how I had imagined and natural looking. Jennie cares so much about her patients and will check in on you. She ensured I felt comfy and happy, and I am! So glad I made this move. Thanks so, so much Jennie! Update! Just had my second session a few months later and I continue to have such a good experience being new to the tox world! Jennie is truly remarkable and makes me feel so comfortable and I know I am in good hands! Thank you!!
