I’m a new patient at Chicago Style Smiles. I read the reviews to determine if they were a reputable dentist practice, and on my first visit the staff did not disappoint me. The entire staff was professional and knowledgeable regarding the best dental outcomes. I was seen by Dr. Fisher and he is a genuine doctor with a great personality and experience. If you are seeking quality dental services, Chicago Style Smiles is the place to find it. Marjorie the office manager is fantastic, she is so helpful and efficient in her job. I’m elated that I finally found a dentist who provides great service without recommending unnecessary dental work.

I am so happy with my past two experiences at Chicago Style Smiles! I have had some poor experiences at dentist offices in the past, with poor customer service, high prices, and inconsistent treatment. The front staff at this office are always kind and greet guests with a smile. Erica Munn is the best dental hygienist, so if you have the opportunity, book with her!

This is my first experience at Chicago Style Smiles. I switched from the dentist I’ve been with for 8 years and…thank god. The quality of care, comfortability, and general friendly atmosphere was night and day from my old office. “I get anxious and have sensitive teeth.” I said. And Dr. Dow and staff actually listened to that concern and took it into account each step of the way. Yay! While I hope to not have to go to the dentist often, I am glad that when I do, I won’t be scared to make the appointment. Highly recommend!!! :)

Dr Dow is hands down, the best dentist I have ever had or come across. I'll start with the wonderful and kind staff that are attentive and extremely pleasant. They are so fast and efficient, and very welcoming. Dr Dow took away any reticence to go back to the dentist. He is not only talented, but he is adamant about you being comfortable and informed. He will explain any work needed in detail and will never do unnecessary procedures. You will not be scolded or talked down to, as was my experience with previous dentists. I had an issue over a holiday weekend and sent him a message and I get a call back in less than 5 minutes, along with an appointment as soon as the office opens. Cannot recommend enough.

Everyone at this office is so kind and welcoming! I was greeted by Diana, who immediately made me feel comfortable, and Dr. Dow was amazing—very thorough and explained all my options clearly. The hygienist was gentle and took her time, and Shelli and the rest of the team up front were great too. The whole appointment felt relaxed, and I left with my teeth feeling so clean and refreshed. Highly recommend this office!
