Go here at your own risk. They close down when the reviews get too bad and open up other locations. I went to this place for laser hair removal and even traveled from another state to do it. Only to get burned. The technician wasn’t familiar with my skin type and did not set the machine properly. I left a review, the owner called me, then she replied to my review and completely changed the story. I found out that they were performing laser improperly after I went to a different spa. Now years later they closed that location and opened this one. If you value your skin and money don’t go here. I’ll attach photos of the burn mark they left on my skin. I paid for the $600 package and never completed the whole package because of the bad service. The owner did a bait and switch on my first appointment and said I couldn’t do the single package. Read the owners reply to my message how nasty she gets…but doesn’t address the problem that their techs are not trained for melanated skin. Be leery of businesses that don’t take accountability.

I’ve been coming here for 7 years. I am super happy with my service. Addy is the best. They are very affordable, accommodating and reliable. I started coming started at the Lincoln location and have been loyal since. I started hair removal. I can say now I am 100% hair free. I’ve just recently started on my tattoo removal. I’m excited to see how that goes.
